a month agoThe office sent us an email prior to arrival reminding us that no grocery stores are nearby, so make sure to bring in some food. This was much appreciated. 👍 Was able to check-in just before the office closed at 5:00pm. The owner is named Luke and he was very kind and welcoming. Our neighbors provided some birdseed so that we could feed the beautiful wild lorikeets. So nice of them! Sadly no oysters were available. Probably just a timing thing as we happened to inquire on a Sunday.

4 months agoLovely little spot to stay. We really enjoyed our time, it was very peaceful and private. Staff were really helpful and we thought the cabin was really clean, plenty of room and had everything we needed. The enclosed garden space for our dog was a real bonus. Under half hour from Eden and under an hour from Mallacoota. Looking forward to coming back!

5 months agoWhat a tranquil little haven this park is! So peaceful and only a short walk from the stunning nadgee nature reserve where you can take a beautiful short walk to the lake or take longer walks to other scenic locations. 30 minutes from beautiful Eden where you can buy everything you need. We had car trouble on our drive there, on a Saturday night of the long weekend, the owner Luke had arranged a local to take a look at my car first thing on the Sunday morning, I was back on the road by 11 that day and was so thankful the their help! Would 100% return to this little gem of a place!

5 months agoWhat a relief to find a place not yet destroyed by big business. Really remote, no traffic or restaurants - which was perfect - lots of beautiful nature within waking distance. This place reminds me of Australia in the 70s. Loved the 70s vintage cabin in perfect condition - amazing. The new stuff around won't make it until the end of the decade before needing a renovation lol. Very well-protected part of the world - let's hope it stays that way. The lake is amazingly untouched - unfortunately the rich have made a part of the foreshore inaccessible but it looks like most of it is free for everyone to enjoy. One day I'll get back down there and stay for a proper holiday away from everything. Staff are so friendly and welcoming.

4 months agoGreat little caravan park, cabins very comfy and are clean and tidy. Stayed for a few nights with my son, nice area to use as a base and explore the local area. Not a big drive to Eden/Edrom area. Well worth a stop in.
