a month agoWas an cute little park with small units, was great for the price and the facilities were all in good working use. Customer service was great, very kind and accommodating. We will be back again if we ever come back down this way.

in the last weekLooks very pokey from the map, stuck right in the middle of an industrial estate, but it's actually great! I camped on a unpowered site, that had soft grass (easy to pitch a tent). The place has lots of trees and garden beds as well, as well as a cool shaded salt pool.

3 months agoStayed 22/07/24 Fairly disappointed, have used budget accommodation throughout New South Wales and other states but this place was probably the most disappointing. It was convenient to where we were visiting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value if there was more detail in the housekeeping. • Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the cabin. The ashtrays outside both cabin one and cabin two were overflowing with cigarettes. Bedding, lounge and lounge cushions smelt musty and looked dirty. Could do with a good dusting. Didn't expect five star accommodation for the price but a good freshen up and deep clean would be advisable. 👎🏻

3 months agoPark is nice friendly staff happy to have me & continue my stay for as long as I needed, site was clean and level for me & I have a very low van it's hard to get level, grass was mowed. Bathrooms clean sufficient it's not the parks fault some low life stole my clothes from the 1 single dryer available. I only had 5 jumpers and 5 pair of jeans few towels not even enough for an entire week now I can only go a few days ... A rude permanent lady asked me if I was the cleaner when I was using the bathroom.... Not sure why people are determined to be rude to me. I'm a woman travelling this world alone isolated many traumas zero justice or acknowledgement and im still a happy person. Just give me a break with being rude for no reason & please stop stealing from me I have nothing but you actually still want the clothes from my back.

3 months agoThe team at the caravan park were horrible and very prejudiced to people of color. The caravan I lived was barely cleaned and room was barely cleaned the staff had to be reminded to bring new towels. The entire time is was there no one knocked The cleaners are lazy and all they do is smoke around walking around looking busy in a buggy. A receptionist who has no customer service etiquette has no idea of what customer service looks likes. All the do is minding the occupants business.
