a month agoAmazing staff, really helpful, beautifully presented park, so neat and tidy you can't fault it. Excellent sign posting, great for workers to stay, grey nomads and short work stays. This was my second visit to Whyalla and I highly recommend a 5 day stay, the beach is amazing, you can swim while watching the large container ships sail past. The foreshore is beautiful and green, public toilets clean, I can't believe I never came to visit before. If you have the time come and support the locals, they are friendly and love to chat. Truly a great experience. Well done Whyalla, kick out Gupta and get an Aussie steelmaker to make your home truly Australian again. Thank you for letting me stay in comfort.

a week agoBig thank you to the Park owner Steve, his lovely Wife and their amazing son Tyson. As our cabin was not quite ready Tyson gave us an upgrade as my handicapped wife was exhausted after the trip. To our delight we were given a much larger cabin that had everything you can wish for, a very confortable bed, also the layout was perfect. The Park itself is spotless and in a such a quiet area it made our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely be recommending the Park to our Friends and Family. Thank you again. Regards Julie and Michel

2 weeks agoWe chose to stay at this van park mainly because of the off leash dog area. What a great find it turned out to be. The park grounds are kept neat and tidy, the amenities block was spotless, our caravan site (which had fake grass) was a generous size, there is a lovely kids playground, and the dog off leash park was fully enclosed and large enough to throw a ball for our medium size dog. The fella staying next to us said that the owners have only had the park for a couple of years and it's obvious they have put a lot of thought and effort into doing the place up.
