4 months agoWould have been great if an exception could be made for an on the day cancellation if the person wants to book for the very next week. No money lost really. I am aware of the cancellation policy, just thought that an exception to the rules were possible - flexibility often trumps in service delivery. I will rebook and pay twice and hope I enjoy my time next weekend.

3 months agoStayed in the bush camp. When we arrived someone had pulled heavy picnic tables across the entire bay we were supposed to be staying in. The owners were really good and arranged another large bay for our 24 ft van. I really peaceful spot with great sunsets.

3 months agoWe stayed in the luxury family glamping tent! It was absolutely amazing! The beds were comfortable, the linen was exceptional, we were lucky to have a beautiful bathroom with impressive water pressure, a fully equipped kitchen and absolutely spoilt with a spectacular, panoramic view of lake Brockman! The deck with a bbq was perfection as well as a campfire, where the children enjoyed roasting marshmallows! We stayed during winter and it was still such a gorgeous, memorable experience, we had heaters that kept us toasty warm! The staff were so lovely too, we cannot recommend Lake Brockman more! We will be back for the Summer time! The family luxury tent is a 5 star camping experience that you will not regret! BOOK NOW! Thank you for having us!!
