2 months agoNice large level sites. The ensuite was very old and could do with a new pedestal and remodelling. Camp kitchen and laundry were OK and the swimming pool was small and not much room for us oldies once the kids and parents got there. The major concern was the young children 🧒 riding bikes around the roads, most with no helmets, and not watching for cars etc.

a month agoEasy to access and clean. The rooms could do with some love as they haven't been updated in over 10 years. The TV was also extremely small, appx the size of a 600ml bottle. The staff were lovely and helpful.

a month agoGood place to use to explore the area. Park does not enforce pet poo pick up. The second bathroom is earmarked for updating. The pool is enjoyable. Sites are large with cement slabs for van and awning.

2 months agoSpacious concrete sites surrounded by grass with a good pool, but thats as far as the positives go. The newly renovated amenities block looks great, but not a single shower in the woman’s block had hot water. All lukewarm at best. As the caravan park is all one way with a high number of permanent residents and workers, the noise from the cars exiting at the early hours of the morning was insane! Very noisy and woke up our children. We stayed Friday and Saturday night and although it was out of the parks control the noise coming from what we believe to be a nearby bar/pub was so loud that we thought we were staying directly opposite it. Our whole family struggled to get to sleep both nights. Would we stay again, definitely not as we want sleep!

a month agoWe stayed here last week camping in swags we where shoved into a corner at the front of the park it was a grassed walk way i would call it that every one used, And we couldn't even park near our site (and every tom dick and harry parked there, so if u leave to go someone ur lucky to get ur parking bay back, we also had a big boat) people where walking their dogs Through The Grass area where we were camping and letting the dogs go to the toilet I actually stood in poo and nearly walked into my tent, there is no designated dog area which I think is outrageous. The toilets and showers are feral and we were kept awake by people in their cabins fighting and having arguments and I had one drunk man abuse me one night because I asked him to keep the noise down at 9:30 this campground remind us of a mine site There is nothing appealing about this place. It is awful and very unclean. The camp kitchen and one toilet was so run down and out dated we where so lucky we did not need the kitchen We will never visit again or recommend this place to any one
