a week agoPlay ground is amazing, the kids spent hours playing. Fantastic location, in the bush and quiet but still very close to town. Pool is awesome and great size. Camp kitchen needs improvement, oven doesn’t work. Requested it to be repaired and told it was repaired when it wasn’t. Also the oven was filthy and the rest of the kitchen needed cleaning. Zoe in the office customer service is very poor, she is rude and can tell she doesn’t like her job. Caravan and ensuite sites are just dirt it would be nice to have concrete or fake grass. Washing machines need replacing as they don’t wash your clothes. Zoe told me head office was in charge of the pool temp and she could not change the temperature. I called head office and advised my conversation with Zoe and they had to call the park and request they turn on the heat. Their website states all year round pool, currently false advertising. The beach is quite dangerous with lots of rips, in my opinion it’s not safe to swim in. However a beautiful walk and to dip your toes. Overall we had a great stay

a month agoMy daughter and I stayed in the Glamping Tent for two nights, and it was fantastic. Everything was clean, hot water was HOT, and all facilities were great. They have a BBQ to cook on, but we took our own camping stove, other than that, the kitchen has all you need. Staff were friendly. Definitely value for money!

2 months agoSuch a beautiful looking park let down by the lack of cleanliness in amenities block. We stayed for 5 days and the bathroom facilities were not cleaned the entire time we were there. Pretty disgusting . ( Vomit on the floor and sink which was hard to miss) The grounds were well looked after just not bathroom and laundry.

4 weeks agoCabin was very clean, accessible and well maintained. The front desk staff could be more involved in welcoming and assisting. Close to the beach and nature around everywhere

3 months agoEasy booking via Wotif. Easy to find. Beautiful property set out so well. Received a text on the day of check in to inform me of access details if reception closed, but got there just in time and got a detailed map of premises. I glammed it up in a family tent suite and loved the space in and outdoors. Everything you could need was there. Great place
