2 weeks agoI would not recommend. The floors were filthy dirty. On arrival the floors had sand and dirt all over them. We had a baby crawling and it was covered in dirt within minutes of being on floor. It was unsafe. The kids feet were black upon walking on floor. I am still trying to get the black out of my feet. We had about $300 worth of food went to waist because the oven didn’t work prperly. It turned on but it only went to 120 that is the highest. So everything (all our food) went to waist. We had no food. They offered to send maintenance on day 2 of our last day but we had sleeping kids and baby. It wasn’t broken it was just insufficient. You couldn’t cook anything in it. You cannot tell me that is the first complaint and they havnt fixed it. . The location of the park means you have to then drive and get food but it’s so busy it’s difficult to get a park in town (Byron Bay) and everything is so expensive and usually vegan. and with three kids and a baby it was impossible.so needless to say the kids and adults were so hungry. Hungry and dirty. I would not recommend. I am not sure if cleaners were contracted but they need to be sacked. You cannot have guests going into rooms. I am sure they have mops. - I truly would like a refund it was disgusting.

3 months agoHuge park and very well kept. Lots of accommodation options for all budgets. We stayed in a lower price point cabin. The cabin was older style but clean and comfortable. There is a very nice amenities block & camp kitchen which is accessible for all. Would absolutely return and try one of the more expensive cabins. Highly recommended. As a plus search out the local shopping centre and Sunday Sustainable Bakery....best pastries ever.

a month agoOverpriced for what you get. I paid $1100 for 3 nights in a deluxe cabin. I don’t like complaining but have to leave some feedback for others. WIFI not working, which is particularly bad as the mobile reception is poor in the park. Others mentioned this in their review too, so no one bother to fixed it after many months? Waterpark and Swimming pool closes at 5pm. 5PM!!! This is a first for me, I have seen 8pm but 5PM? Big disappointment for my teenagers. Speed bumps are badly designed. Every time we leave it’s a Kangaroo ride. Fly screen has a whole, front door doesn’t close properly, smoke detectors kicked in multiple time when cooking spaghetti sauce, we had to take the battery out. TV remote broken. IF you pay close attention to the positive reviews on this site you can see some of them are paid. The location is lovely with being close to town. The one plus. I nearly forgot, to hire an e-bike: $70 per bike for 4 hrs. For us 3 that would have been $210 for a trip into town and back which is a real shame because it is within beautiful riding distance to town. No option to hire a normal bike. Overall a strange experience.

3 weeks agoThis was by far my favourite G’day park ever. We stayed in the deluxe safari tents and it was beautiful, amazing facilities other than the washing machines being out of order. There is heaps of activity’s for kids and complimentary yoga on Tuesday mornings. Loved this place!

3 months agoAvoid Camping, the tent sites are parallel to the main road into Byron so you'll hear every vehicle on its way past. Tent sites are about 100m from the nearest toilet and it's pitch black at night walking past the permanent residence so not ideal for female customers. The main gate was open at 11 o'clock at night which was alarming... Other than that it was a lovely spot and there are families of ducks wandering around which we enjoyed looking at. It would be a great spot for kids as there is a little water park and jumping cushion.
