Great park. Clean and quiet. Excellent facilities. We had our own van so can't speak for the cabins, but they look very nice from the outside. The drive through site we had was opposite the amenities and a breeze to maneuver our 26' van in and out. My wife and I recommend this park and will definitely stay again.

Booked a 2 bedroom cabin for two nights in Ayr due to no accommodation being available in Townsville. Straightforward check-in, but not overly welcoming. The cabin was clean, tidy and quiet until the backpackers were coming/going for the day. The bed in the main room rolled around the room however it was comfortable, the beds in the second bedroom were double bed bunks. There was plenty of cupboards and storage in the bedrooms. The bathroom had been attempted to be modernised. The kitchen was a usable space, although there was only a table and kitchen chairs, and no where to sit with a cuppa to watch some TV before going to bed at night. The hot water was more like warm water, so a hot shower was out of the question. We enjoyed seeing geckos in and around the cabin (they were cute, but didn't bother us). Laundry was $4 per wash and $4 per dryer load. There was a charge (I think $1) to use the BBQ. The pool was enjoyed by one of our children. The wifi was non-existent and unusable in the cabin. Town was within a 5 minute drive and was pleasant to look around.
