12 months agoIf you are easily bothered by the noice it would be ok. They are providing towel for 2$ and there is 50$ deposit for the key. The kitchen is fine and the room as well. I'm currently in a 4 beds female dorm and it's perfect for the price.

6 months agoonly the location is good. Avoid at all costs if you have a better budget. water temperatures in shower are very inconsistent and in a cold place like melbourne it sucks !! Rooms are too tight.

a year agoLocation was good and room was comfortable and that’s about it. There are multiple signs around the place that read “quiet time 11pm” yet at 1am there are lots of people in the kitchen area making food and making lots of noise in the middle of the night. It was so difficult to sleep because of how noisy it was. During the middle of the night we also had a random man let himself into our room, we had locked our door but he had a key and told us he was management, so management just let themselves into your room in the middle of the night?? Felt very unsafe and very uncomfortable.

a year agoRooms are okay, not too clean and pretty dusty, as expected from a hostel. I arrived at 19:00 so I got inside by myself, no one explained to me how things work, where the facilities were. It looks is maintained by volunteers that live there free rent. On weekends the bar downstairs won't let you rest. Apart from that, good location, mattress comfy enough, and fine for the price.

a year agoThe location is good. The shower room and the toilet were dirty. Showers change water temperature all the time. The room with fan was so hot. (February) They take 50 dollar to key deposit and I think it is too much. Be advised, they dont give towels and there is no soap nowhere.
