2 months agoNice spot and I think in summer it could be so nice with the pool! Stayed for 8 nights in a private room, which looked like a college room ($110, but cheapest you can stay in Perth). Spacious though! Nice with tea and a cooker. Whole hostel could use an upgrade in tideness, more cosy lightning and furniture. Wasn’t really a nice vibe, but the spot is superb next to woolies and busstop! Staff is friendly and helps out with mail and other stuff you need to know.

3 months agoVery bad experience. Arrived late in the evening and asked for the best option around to spend the night with a campervan. They adviced their campground and charged 2 adults and 1 kid ($38). Women showers were cold. Men showers were very old and crumbling outdated cubicles from the 1950's. We didn't use power or anything as we arrived too late. Anyway, we slept there and when leaving in the morning, we realised that there was a free parking area for travellers 300m further down the road that they "forgot" to mention to us.

5 months agoThe rooms were not well maintained. One of the bed's handle (room 55) was broken. Just one plug for the whole room, which had a extension cord plugged in it (fire risk), the toilet was super old, with stains and couldn't close the lid completely. Atmosphere was meh, packed with french people and lots of average people as well - boring. Wouldn't recommend it unless for wts lol
