a week agoAmazingly beautiful camp ground... drive through sites plus other grasses sites powered and uncovered. Very busy park but quiet. Great paddock for the dogs, and alpacas on sites as well.. wake up to the mooing of cows... the flamping tents look stunning. Very affordable accommodation. Dog friendly, great amenities and minuted from Blue Lake which is also stunning. Easy check in and friendly staff.. highly recommend 👌

2 months agoThis park offers a good balance between convenience and tranquility. The facilities are clean, and the staff are generally helpful. The location is a bit out of town, which means it’s quieter, but you’ll need to drive to reach most attractions. The sites are grassy and mostly level, but some could be better maintained. There’s a relaxed atmosphere here, which makes it a pleasant place to unwind. The communal areas are adequate, though not particularly modern. It’s a good choice if you’re looking for a basic, no-fuss place to stay in the Mt Gambier area.

3 months agoReally lovely this caravan park. I’ve travelled a great deal of Australia and this place is right up there. Very fair prices. With members discount we paid around $35 a night powered. The amenities and facilities provided are great. The staff are lovely. The grounds are great and located next to a farm it’s a picturesque spot to enjoy a cold one watching the cows and alpacas do their thing. Definitely consider these guys over the more expensive BIG4 down the road. I would 100 percent go back here.

2 weeks agoMy wife and I stayed overnight in a dog friendly cabin with our two greyhounds. We're very happy with our choice - the grounds are immaculate, room very clean and equipped with a comfortable bed and reverse cycle AC. Kitchen and bathroom are a little dated but clean and functional. The park has a big off leash area for the dogs to run in and the small fenced yard of the cabin is convenient for quick pre-bed or first thing toilet breaks for the dogs too. We would happily stay again!

4 weeks agoStayed overnight, never again due to the road directly outside the park which is a bypass route for trucks which need to by-pass the Blue-Lake reserve area due to the narrow 2 lane road leading over the Blue Lake mountain reserve into Mt-Gambier. Had booked a cabin which was old & in need of a renovation. The bathroom was a experience in itself, it so reminded me of grandma's old bathroom of the 70's. the cabin was not only old, but cold too. Only given location 3 stars due to the closeness of the lake.
