a week agoThis is a great spot for beach access. When we went the site we were given already had someone set up there. This guy had been there a week or more without paying & even after telling management nothing was done to remove him, it was a great spot but unfortunately we were given a new site & this spot was gross. It had no shade, the grass was dry & we were surrounded by caravans. This is a basic park & has little entertainment for kids so bring the fun with you or go to the beach. Sleeping at night is a challenge with all the hoons & groms doing burnouts up the local street. I personally won't be coming back here & I will be searching for something better for next time.

a month agoWe booked a cabin for two nights. I found getting in co tact with the park difficult as I made many calls with no pick up. The park lacks much fun stuff for kids like a games room or playground or pool. Our cabin was shabby and quite dirty. Gritty beds and just very shabby appearance of run down cabin. This whole stay was really lacking. Do not recommend.

4 months agoWe tried contacting the park to book a site, it took days for them to answer the phone, left so many messages, which they advised they never received. Eventually managed to book a powered site. We were situated near the beach exit ( road side), nice big site on a grassed area. Hoons doing burnouts all night on the road, 2 parties of campers playing music and having fun into the early hours of the mornings. ( clearly not giving a damn bout other campers on site) We asked to be moved to the other side of the park, which was so much quieter. If you are staying here, be sure to ask for the quieter side of the park. On the plus side, dogs welcome, amenities were kept clean and tidy and great location. Beautiful walk along the ocean within walking distance. I don't like giving low rated reviews, but this was not the best. I'm sure we would not stay here again.

3 months agoGreat location, right next to beach. Cabins are nice, good size. Except showers. Peaceful. You can listen to waves anytime of day, watch amazing sunset from beach.

2 months agoNice spot and neat and tidy cabins. Wifi was terrible but the gate code also did not work. Stuck at gate for 10min until someone came along who's code worked. Others had to park outside because of incorrect code. Called emergency number and went to council saying it is closed. Sent an email with no response by the time we left 2 days later.
