The place itself is great, but the staff is absolutely infuriating. Every day, from 10 AM to 2 PM, they run lawn trimmers (extremely noisy) and blow away the cut grass and fallen leaves with blowers (the noise is so loud that even adults get ear pain). This happens right when it’s time for children to nap, and it’s impossible to rest. The cleaning staff in the cabins walk around with radios blaring at full volume. With this kind of background noise, all the other advantages of the park fade to zero! I do not recommend it for families, the elderly, or anyone looking for peace and quiet.

We had a great stay at the Discovery parks. We had a 2 bed chalet, a bit dated, especially the shower area but the chalet itself was nice and clean, enough space for family of 4:) kitchen had all the equipment we needed:) reverse aircon worked well. Location is the winner:) few steps away tona beach, it felt like a private beach;) kids loved scooting on bike path and we loved taking long walks:) The park itself is well organised, it was packed, yet it wasn’t loud, the indoor pool was a highlight for the kids:) again, it would get a bit busy at times but nothing crazy;) Staff at the reception very welcoming:) Price was great comparing to other places in the neighbourhood, we will definitely be back to the Discovery park:)

Kelly, Lyn and the entire Discovery Parks team at Busselton were a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is fantastic, they went above and beyond to help us find accommodation on a short time frame. The cabins were very clean and well appointed. The park is in a great spot right on the beach, very well kept facilities, overall one of the best caravan parks we have visited!!

Great locations. Fair price for the cabin we had. Beach a very short walk from the cabin. Nice heated pool. Things to improve; The main bed in our cabin had no quilt cover on the quilt. Sheets are too short for the bed. Two sheets laid over each other, which was odd. Also, a sheet is either side of the quilt instead of a cover. Otherwise, I can't fault it. Awesome location. Fair price for the cabin. Had everything you need in it. Having WiFi available would be great. Maybe some signage regarding the swimming lessons in the heated pool. The lessons took up half the pool from the paying guests. The swim teacher was annoyed when guests came near her half of the pool.

Four star location is the draw card, stayed here 2 years ago and this year winter (2024) .The only reason we didn't stay in 2023 is because we were hoping they would get electric blowers in and replace those 125db portable industrial blowers that are designed for industry or minesites(no signs saying ppe required) where everybody wears ear protection. They start these big blowers Mon /Fri around 9:30 am could go for a couple of hours, can be heard down the beach. All this noise just to blow away a few small leaves??? Next day the same leaves getting blowing away again?? Tough if you want a quiet breakfast or read the paper or even just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of a "holiday park" ..???
