3 months agoAbsolutely great service especially Kelly front desk thank you for shuffling and fitting our 37ft in. Managers are great to talk too make you feel welcomed. Clean very quiet park. Not much lighting. Great swimming area pool and slides, playground for little ones and small jumping pillow kids say bit hard.. We would definitely stay again. Close to great pizza and Chinese behind park close to Fairfield shopping center. Thank you all.

3 weeks agoI tried to find opening hours on the website and wasn't successful. One booking website suggested they take check-ins to 8pm, but just on 7 they were closed. Need a big note on the door if this is unusual, or even something with the real hours clearly somewhere so I wouldn't have tried and been disappointed, I actually was after a place to park the car, sleep inside and have a shower in the morning. Easy money. I found a freebie shower further south.

a month agoOur Car broke down 40 minutes out of Townsville and had to get towed back to this amazing and big caravan park, Evelyn and the staff have just been wonderful fitting us in and understanding our situation. Wonderful swimming pools, great area for kids to play, amenities block kept very clean and cabins as well. Shopping centre across the road. Would like to say thankyou once again to Discovery parks. 👍👍👌

a month agoA colleague and I rolled in for 5 nights, each having a cabin. We were tired from working a 12-hour day but attempted to settle in and get some rest for the early start the following morning. Unfortunately, in my unit, the TV wasn't working, nor was the AC in the bedroom. As a result, I reached reception after hours and was a fellow (first week on the job) turned up fairly promptly and was unable to fix the issues. He was able to move me a short time later to the cabin next door, making sure the AC and TV were functioning. This fellow was very apologetic and polite at all times. I feel the accommodation is needing some TLC to bring it back to life. The vanity globe was also missing. The hand rail leading up to stairs quite fragile. Needs more maintenance and a freshen up!

3 months agoStayed 7 nights in motel unit bed was good. Rooms serviced only after 7days .small cockroaches running around. Toilet didn't flush a lot of the time after 3complaints.it wasn't like it was cheap either would not stay again Garry weller stay from 16 to 23 August 2024
