a month agoGreat park! Lots of activities to keep the kids entertained! My girls loved the daily 'Find the Koala 🐨' Pool and slide were a hit! Just wish the pool was a little warmer 🥶

3 weeks agoUnfortunately was disappointed with our stay. Booked months in advance and we were placed metres from the dump point 💩 which was not nice at all. There were people dumping 💩 throughout the night metres from us and could hear and smell it all. We had no shade and was blasted by the sun the whole stay. We were unable to be in our van for the middle of the day as it was ahot box. There were other lovely shaded empty lots. There were other sites available that were much nicer and Unfortunately we were given this one. We were visiting from Brisbane so a long drive so it was disappointing. The ensuite we had was old and towel rail was broken and the sink was blocked and wouldn't drain yet all the other ensuites were new. We used the public amenities a couple of times as they were much nicer and the drain was not blocked. We Unfortunately had issues with noise and trucks driving past at 3am. We did like the pool and slides for the kids. However, there could be more shade on the outside of the pool area for people with dogs as they had to sit in the sun. A little sad to leave this review as we were really looking forward to a lovely stay.

3 months agoThe staff were so helpful and accommodating. Sites were tight, however the 8m grass sites were great! Very clean and quiet park, considering it was very busy. We could walk to the off-leash (4pm - 8am) dog beach across the road. Short drive to Yeppon or Emu Park. Amenities were clean and the pools looked fantastic! We had to change sites during our stay, the staff allowed us to park our van in a car park so we could still go to Great Keppel Island for the day.

2 weeks agoMissing the most important aspect of accomodation- good sleep! So frustrating to pay $220 for a night of accommodation to have lights on all night outside which make it impossible to fall asleep and then sunlight shining in at 5am making it impossible to stay asleep. As a single mum traveling with 2 kids sleep is the most important thing as obviously have to drive and I am so beyond frustrated. It wouldn’t take much to invest in blackout curtains to avoid this problem. Without this inconvenience I would give it 4 stars as the facilities are nice and the kids loved the pool and water play area, but unfortunately after a bad nights sleep nothing else matters. The place needs a good deep clean as well, and the blind fell down completely (luckily avoiding our heads) when I pulled it down. Being so tired is unsafe and to call this deluxe is extremely misleading.

5 months agoThis Caravan Park would satisfy most people’s needs as the park has various levels of cabin accommodation and spacious grassy caravan sites. The showers & toilets were clean and comfortable although we had an ensuite caravan site this stay. Kids would be fully catered for with the waterfall kids park and large pool. We would be happy to return to this caravan park again if in the region.
