a month agoWhat a fantastic place to stay! We had a bedroom with ensuite (Studio Villa), at the end of a 4 unit building. We actually didn't see any staff at all, as we arrived after hours and the office wasn't opened when we left! This didn't matter as we received emails with clear instructions and all the information to allow for an easy check in/out. The room was impeccably clean and had everything for a very comfortable stay. The kitchenette even had a microwave and coffee machine with pods! The only thing to be aware of is that the bathroom is very narrow and therefore tight, if you're anything more than a reasonable sized person! The surrounds of the building were very tranquil - we even viewed a sparring match between 2 kangaroos in the adjoining paddock! The park is accessible via keypad boom gates, so it felt secure. The township of Yea was wonderful to explore. We look forward to coming back to explore the area in more detail and will happily stay here again! (BTW, make sure you visit The Provender Country Bakehouse whilst you're in town! YUM!)

2 months agoWe were in town for a few days working for Vision Christian Media (87.6FM) and stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! We arrived the day that the kids playground was opened and our daughter loved it. The jumping pillow is incredible! We Will definitely stay here if we come to Yea again.

a month agoWe stayed at a powered sight over the long weekend. Fantastic communication from the minute I rang to book right through till the end of our stay. Loads of activities for the children to do, playground, huge jumping mat and riding their bikes safely around. As for the cleanliness, it is far most the best caravan park we have gone to. Toilets/ shower was spotless. BBQ area, pizza oven, camp kitchen and even the conference room were fantastic. Kettle, toaster oven and fridge provided. Gardens and park surrounding immaculate. Thanks so much, we will be visiting again soon

a month agoWe have visited this park several times & while it's a great park & we have always enjoyed it & the beautiful town of Yea, we are unlikely to return as you can no longer have campfires on your site as we have previously The park has a very FEW communal pits dotted around but on a busy weekend these get taken up by groups & one of the lovely things about camping is sitting around chatting by a warm fire. We understand if it was a total fire ban or even summer time, but really why are communal fire pits allowed & not others, doesn't really make much sense?

a month agoA++, Thank you to Leanne, Dave and the team at Yea Riverside CP! We had a great stay with our inlaws who came from the other side of Melb on the recent GF long weekend. We had a mix of unpowered and powered campsites. I would highly recommend choosing an unpowered site if you have the option/ can run a 12v fridge/ lights- lots of level grassy area with nice established trees spread throughout. Amenities block closeby & cleaned regularly. Camp kitchens have the basics and are well laid out. Staff were very accommodating of requests for assistance and only too happy to be flexible. A great park within close (easy walk) to Yea central.
