Hired a superior 2 bed cabin for 2 nights. Room was new and fresh, lovely coastal vibe throughout. The park had great amenities and even though the park was quite busy there was adequate space for all. Kids loved the splash park and swimming pools.

The staff seemed uninterested in helping us, acting as though we were a bother instead of valued guests. They barely acknowledged us and were unfriendly, giving one-word answers to basic questions. We had a few issues with our reservation, and instead of offering assistance, the staff laughed at us. Every interaction felt rushed, impersonal, and downright rude. It's clear that customer service is not a priority here. If you're looking for a place with warm and helpful staff, l'd recommend staying somewhere else.

Reception staff were so polite, bar staff great! Unfortunately the freezing pools & no heated spas were a complete let down. The cabin floor was really dirty. Escalated to staff, which were really apologetic. Over all .. our kids had a great time but would be even better with a heated pool are or spa.

We booked our campsites at this caravan park an astonishing 11 months in advance, only to receive a last-minute reply assigning us to sites that simply don’t accommodate our family. When I reached out to the staff for assistance, I was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. This lack of customer care is incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this park to anyone looking for a friendly and accommodating experience.

There’s no doubt that this is one of the best appointed caravan parks we have been to and particularly if you are travelling with children, there is so much for them to do. It’s also a nice 2.3km walk to the Main Street, mostly along a good path. The main negative that should be mentioned is that when booking, ask if you are against the main Yamba Rd. The pet friendly area is a good size, with plenty of sites up to 50m away from the fence separating you from the busy road, but if you’re booked into a spot against the fence, the traffic starts at 4:30am and builds up to being a really busy thoroughfare. We weren’t advised of this when booking, so it might pay to ask. When I asked about it after we had arrived, I was told ‘it is what it is’ which is technically correct, but a bit disappointing…
