a week ago‼️Fellow Guest ‼️ Unhygienic, Unsafe, and Poor Service I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at this property was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share my experience. I stayed in two deluxe cabins and encountered a long list of issues that made the experience unbearable. Broken Door Lock and Safety Concerns: Upon arrival, one of the cabins was inaccessible due to a broken door lock. Staff suggested securing the screen door as a temporary solution, which was not only inadequate but also a major safety concern. Unacceptable Cleanliness: The cabins were filthy. There were cobwebs and spiders everywhere, and I ended up with a massive spider bite. Food crumbs were scattered on the floor, and the coffee table was sticky with debris. The bedding was in poor condition—dirty sheets with hair all over them and even bodily fluids on the mattress. Simply put, the place was unsanitary. Malfunctioning Amenities: The shower head was broken, and the cooktop was in disgraceful condition. The cabin itself had a lingering unpleasant odor that only added to the overall discomfort. Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff: Check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm, but when I arrived, the cleaner was lounging on the couch, doing nothing. When I inquired at reception, the response was dismissive, and I was told to wait for the cabin to be ready. To top it off, the laundry facilities closed before 7 pm, leaving us without any options to wash our clothes. Read reviews prior to booking this accommodation. Have provided photos below

2 months agoWe are currently staying here, arrived yesterday. Initially we were happy, staff were lovely and efficient and the park has many wonderful amenities/features. But as night fell, we had some issues with our cabin. Nothing earth shattering but inconvenient. This morning we popped into reception to advise them and they offered to move us. We were fine to stay where we were (our cabin was very reasonably priced so you don't expect luxury) but they insisted and we are now in a lovely cabin overlooking the Murray River. The service here is marvellous, from the maintenance man to the receptionist staff everyone is lovely! The park is amazing with pools and a splash park, a lake, games room and the usual expected amenities. It's also very peaceful, all I could hear was the sound of chirping birds!

4 months agoWe have stayed in numerous cabins in Australia over the years but this park exceeds anything we have seen before. We rented on of the elevated cabins that was extremely comfortable and had everything a family would need Beautiful views of the River! The park has excellent facilities to keep every family member happy! Reception staff were excellent and very helpful! We loved it and hope to visit again soon. Thank you Sandra Bonnici

4 months agoStaying in our new Jyco. Facilities are all first class. Even heated toilet blocks. Showers so good. Staff all 👍 👌 close Blues festival and light show. Even a shuttle bus on the hour, so can have a couple of beers at the amazing number of pubs and restaurants. It's our fourth year and we will be back.

a month agoI recently stayed at this accommodation and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room was smelly and smaller than I expected, which made it feel quite cramped. To make matters worse, there were a lot of insects in the room, which made it uncomfortable to relax. Additionally, the main door curtains wouldn’t close properly, leaving the room feeling less secure and private. Overall, I was really disappointed with my stay and wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience. I hope management can address these issues for future guests.
