4 months agoI recently spent a month at Werri Beach Holiday Park and I cannot fault them 1 bit! From the moment I turned up the staff were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. They had a bath in the amenities block..A BATH OMG!!! While I was I was chatting with Jackie about the little things, like a bath, saying as a solo traveller 24/7 a bath is pure gold and hard to find she went out the back and gave me a jar of rose scented bath salts AND the key to use the spa bath in thier luxury cabin. You can bet ya sweet pattotie I took full advantage of the offer and I soaked away for half an hour...bliss! The caretaker was also amazing !!! He helped me reverse my caravan in AND let me borrow a TV and antenna cable as the park has access to free to air aswell plus foxtel. As he was setting everything up he said they wanted me to have a good experience while staying there and I did. He also helped me with my awning and hitching up to leave. The amenities were spotless, the camp kitchen was always clean and well stocked in regards to pots n pans including cutlery n crockery. The bins were never stinky or dirty and the grounds were tidy and well looked after. There's also a little off leash area near the toilets and my puppy had an absolute ball with other campers dogs aswell. As I female solo traveller I felt safe and looked after, which is lovely when most places just want your money and do nothing or very little in return. I will definitely be coming back and I HIGHLY recommend you book your next adventure with these guys too!

The cabins very clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. A great bbq area on the front verandah. The heating was very efficient. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Used the laundry and it was very clean. We'll be back

3 months agoGreat little caravan park. Nice and clean. The walk into town though short, is not 'fairly level' as stated by Google Maps. It is terribly hilly. I don't know who did the review of the route for Google but they need to go to specsavers.

6 months agoNo security, driveway straight in from the road, no boom gate, no fence, no lighting. Nothing. Toilets & showers in a dilapidated, poorly presented & maintained but clean state were up a hill away from the people who would use them the most! Up near the permament van sites!! Dump point up the hill behind a gate which couldn't be accessed with a vehicle!! You try dragging 20 litres up a hill! Clean, plentiful facilities. Slow hot watering, waste a lot getting heat. In the very bottom powered sites it was grassy, flat, shady but to access the toilets there was a fence and an open creek between you and the facilities! Poorly laid out park, there needs to be a facilities block in the bottom powered sites area. And the water and power is totally illogical for Aussie made vans which have power and water connections on one side! Delightful staff, lovely friendly welcome, gorgeous place but typical of government run van parks!!
