Easy to get to and access, we parked, walked the length of the main street, stopped for a beer and headed back for dinner. Only thing for me was I would have liked a drive through park. Vans and cars are bigger these days ( sometimes) but overall, our one night stay was more than comfortable, facilities we very clean and tidy.

Me and my lovely Christian wife have been on the road for 4 days enjoying the outback environment and needed a good place to rest. When we arrived at the caravan park late afternoon We were checked in and as we were we noticed a lot of strange things that put us on edge the management seemed a bit odd but we thought nothing of it just typical country folk. We booked a cabin with a double bed and called it a night little did we know that this night would change our lives for ever. At about 3am something awoken us from our slumber I told wife who was very startled to stay in bed while I investigate the disturbance. As I opened the door and walked around the side on the cabin and I looked over to the management office and I was shaken to my core and the things I saw would effect me and my wife for the rest of our lives. I saw a satanic ritual taking place next to the management office performed by the 2 owners of this vile establishment. I could not believe my eyes as they were sacrificing one of the wild goats to the dark lord himself I clenched my crucifix necklace and crossed myself as I investigated deeper. As I got closer I noticed more and more evil things taken place they had a satanic bible that had an ominous black fog followed by a red light coining out of it they were speaking in tounges as they were reciting lines from this unholy book. But not only that but they were consuming the devils drink…. Beer. I gasped for air but they must’ve heard me because they looked up from the unholy book and slowly moved their heads towards me. Their whole body were covered in black robes that went down to their feet. As they started walking towards me I quickly walked back to my cabin I grabbed my wife and we got straight into the car not before grabbing our bible first as we started the car we quickly drove out of the caravan park obeying all speed limits along the way and we left town never to return again. Great pet friendly caravan park just on the edge of town. Large level sites with slabs and individual driveways. Wide streets and easy to manoeuvre your van. Lots of shady trees. Very clean amenities, with blocks situated on each side of the park. Very green and grassy at the moment (early August 2014). Lots to see in Cobar and surrounds and definitely would recommend using this park as a base

Great park. Have stayed 2 years in a row before and after attending Mundi. Our only issue was no hot water for showers. We understand it's busy but at 10pm you should be able to have a hot shower. Other then that AMAZING STAFF. Check in process was quick and efficient.

Was hesitant to stay here again after a poor experience a couple of years ago but recent reviews of upgrades and better customer service got me over the line. What an amazing change! Room was exceptionally clean and provided everything we needed. Customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend!
